IRISH PHOTOGRAPHER WHO'S NAME HAPPENS TO BE PATRICK, COINCIDENCE? I THINK NOT!

I was fortunate enough to visit Ireland a few years back. I had gone there to attend a creative writing class for two weeks, but I ended up getting food poisoning in Paris and missed the transportation that had been set up for me.

All was not lost. I ended up traveling by myself through the wonderful cities of Dublin and Cork. The people, the city itself was welcoming and glorious. I met some wonderful people, that I traveled with for a day or a few days and so I was never truly alone. It was a life changing experience.

So when St. Patrick's day rolls around, I don't think of drinking and Leprechauns, I think of the two wonderful weeks that I spent there and how I hope to return soon.

So I thought on this We Love the Irish day, I would post some pictures from an Irish Photographer.

Patrick Mchugh, is a gifted photographer. He was born in Ireland, studied in New York, worked in London, had a stint in Barcelona, but eventually found his way home.

His work is in the fashion and advertising side of things, but has started a project that will solely be devoted to the landscapes of Ireland.
