Balmain's Fall 2009 collection would be what you would find in my fantasy dress up treasure chest. Its no wonder that Balmain is ranked as one of my top three designers. The best part of being a girl is how we can dress up. In the Fall 2009 collection Balmain illustrates my point exactly.
The 80's Homecoming Queen
It sparkles, it has a ruffle and of course the one shoulder staple.
Future Uniform
If we were to live on spaceship this would be my daily wear.
The Sexy Librarian
The blazer covers up the dancing queen underneath.
Rockstar
My first dream was to be a singer and sometimes I still sing into a hairbrush.
Oh you know you do too!
The Wedding DressEvery little girl dreams of what her wedding dress would look like. This is not all that I imagined but if I was a model and marrying a rockstar, this would be the dress.
Its Balmains way of making dress up fashionable that leaves me in awe.

this blue sequined situation is exactly what i would've worn, had i been an 80s homecoming queen!
and the wedding dress reminds me of an updated, black version of what stephanie seymour wore in the video for "november rain"... don't you think?
:o)
blue sequins...*dribble* x
Hey love! I hope all is well with you!
I am not really the biggest fan of sequins, but it is becoming a trend, and I am finding myself appreciating sequins more and more, but I am still not there, hah! I really like the one shoulder staple blue dress, (I love one shoulder dresses!), the colour is not me, but the design? Lovely!
Such a edgy collection, heh!
does anyone else think that the second model, has the same face as a young Jodie Foster???
