Last week I posted summer polka dots and now Vogue Japan illustrates that polka dots are fabulous - any season. I completely agree. I remember polka dot tights were the trend last fall/winter. It looks like they will be just as trendy this year, but I am definitely going to be looking for a polka dot top to add to my collection.
