I like to get dressed up more than your average girl, but some days jean shorts are a must. I've paired them with tank tops, crop tops - but never a blouse. I usually save those for the office, but maybe its time to merge the two.
I really see this as a laid back breezy Saturday outfit. Also who doesn't love polka dots?
