Why do I roll out of bed at 5:45am? I ask myself the same question every Mon, Tues, Wed & Thursday at 5:45am. Then I remember it's for an Abs-olutely good reason. It's to workout.

I had an amazing few months of no exercise, but then it turned into a sluggish few pounds of no fun. I wanted to feel good again in my clothes and if that means getting up when it's still dark and almost dying for an hour 4 days a week, then so be it.
Also, I just read that the First Lady and the President get up at 4:30am everyday to workout. They're running the whole country, so I can't exactly whine about how hard it is to balance work and exercise.
I pretty much don't know what I am doing when it comes to exercise, so I decided to turn over that part of my life to Jenn from For the Glow. I have so much to think about already that having her tell me what to do is a relief.

The last two weeks I've taken some of her classes and I am impressed. It's totally worth the early start.
I hadn't had a chance to really immerse myself in the whole Glow package, work and a bachelorette party got in the way. But now I'm ready. I have the print out grocery list and the customized workout plan, so let's do this.
