I laugh about exercise a lot. Sometimes its good to have a good laugh about the music that moves you, the way your face gets all red when you run... but the truth is its no laughing matter. It's hard work.
I didn't miss a day last week and that feels like an accomplishment. It used to talk myself into getting up, now I just get up. The motivation of having people expecting you to work out has been the biggest motivator for me. I know for a fact, I would talk myself into a few more hours of sleep.
But, the biggest motivator has been the change I see in myself. I don't know if others can tell, but I can. My arms feel a little stronger, my legs a little tighter.
I have Jenn to thank for that. She has us do some serious moves that hurt, but you can feel them doing their work as you move.
I just have to repeat: "I can do this" until I get it done.
I'll be sure to let you know how things are going with quick updates here weekly.
