Hmmm maybe I should have worn red for a Valentines Day post. But I didn't wear this today I wore it yesterday. So, I'm forgiven right? This is Dance Party Treat Yo Self blog post. I have a lot of reasons to be dancing... but then again I never need a reason to dance.

So, you may have noticed that there's something different about me. It's the hair. I've been on the fence about cutting my hair. In New York, it just hit me. I needed to just bite the bullet and cut it. It has a lot to do with the fact that I have a hair stylist that I trust. Allegra at Coupe Rokei Salon is awesome. I could tell from the first haircut that she gave me that we were going to have a beautiful hair relationship. I trust her work. So, when I came with her with my wish for short hair, she listened and this happened.

As you know I was in New York last week. I spent the weekend exploring Brooklyn. I picked up this tank from the Brooklyn Brewery. I didn't have a chance to take a tour of it. But I did go in to purchase this shirt, a pint glass for my dad and a shirt for my brother. I definitely want to go back and tour the Brewery - it was alive and packed - and that was the morning after the blizzard.
I also went to Oak and picked up these wedge sneakers. Now the word on the street is that wedge sneakers are making their way out. Just to let you know, this petite girl is never going to let these go. Never.
So, my dance party is was too see how my new hair moved.. and it moooves. The Treat Yo Self part of this blog post was really everything in the this post, from my haircut to my Zara jacket. Sometimes a girl has to just do something for herself.. with no guilt. Happy Valentines Day to me.. and you.
