Is it really June 30th? We're going to wake up tomorrow in a new month and barely have time to digest it before heading out and conquering Monday.
For me it's not only the end of a month, but also an end to a fun partnership. This past few months I have been working with Haagen Dazs on their Moment for Me campaign. What I loved about this campaign was that it wanted people to really sit back and take a moment to enjoy life.
We must admit sometimes that's hard to do.
As you know am not only a full time blogger, but also have a full time job. Fitting in moments to relax and enjoy is a struggle - thank goodness I love blogging and my job, but that's not the same as taking a moment to walk to Pike Place Market or read a book on my balcony. Thanks to this partnership, I had to take a moment for me, like it was part of the assignment. But it really taught me that it's important to not be satisfied with making your moment an hour of television before bed.
We should all make an effort to push ourselves to so something a little selfish, I sincerely think you will never have any regrets.
Even our partnership has ended I will still continue to take the Haagen Dazs motto "Moment for Me" with me. And I hope you do too.
