Find Your Fix Here: A New Kind of Me-Time
Who's good at making me-time a priority? Not me. Well, not until now.
For the longest time, me-time was whatever I could squeeze in after my baby was asleep and before I remembered one more thing I had to do.
I know my story isn't unique. Most of us do the same thing: we treat me-time like something that only exists after everything else is done. And when we finally get a moment, it's rushed or it's multitasked.
Lately, my "me-time" has been when Romy finally falls asleep and I scroll TikTok so I don't fall asleep too. She usually needs ten more minutes before I can transfer her to the crib, so I scroll to stay awake.
But my feed had become a never-ending loop of toddler meal ideas and baby product recs —useful, but none of it felt like me. It didn't make me feel rested, connected, or curious.
So, I decided to make a change.
I wanted a place that wasn't just about parenting or productivity, a space that felt inspiring again. Somewhere filled with pretty things, interesting ideas, honest stories, and small reminders that there's still beauty in the everyday. That's how Your Me-Time Fix was born.
💛 Introducing Your Me-Time Fix
When the feed isn't feeding, this is where you'll find your fix.
A space to slow down, scroll intentionally, and rediscover the little things that make life feel beautiful again.
It's built around five pillars:
Pretty Things: The small luxuries that make daily life feel intentional.
Pretty Places: The aspirational daydreams that remind us to look up and imagine again.
Pretty Interesting: Thoughts, discoveries, and stories that spark curiosity.
Pretty Real: The honest, messy parts of life that deserve space too.
✨ Why It Matters
Me-time isn't selfish.
It's how we remember who we are in the middle of everything else.
For me, it's the bridge between who I was before motherhood and the person I'm still becoming. For you, it might look different, but it's just as essential.
So whether you have five minutes or fifty, I hope Your Me-Time Fix helps you recharge, rediscover, and reconnect, one scroll at a time.
Because the world will always ask for more of us.
This is a space that gives something back.
